New to grass-fed beef? Limited on freezer space or budget? You can purchase grass-fed beef in small quantity (“by-the-cut”) in the East Texas (Longview, Tyler, Marshall, Jefferson) and North Louisiana (Shreveport, Bossier) areas from Shady Grove Ranch.
Purchasing grass-fed beef by-the-cut is a great way to sample new things and to enjoy our products with limited freezer space. We offer steaks, roasts, hamburger meat, organs, and a variety of other cuts. While we try to keep all our products in stock year-round, some things sell out quickly.
