Cooking Pasture-Raised Pork

Our first-ever on-farm cooking class! Pork is a versatile and flavorful meat packed with nutrients like Vitamin D when raised on pasture. In 3-4 hours, learn how to make rendered lard, pork chops, pork pie, BBQ pork ribs, home-cured bacon, and ham with a homemade cheese sauce. Taste it all, too!
