Bulk Soy-Free Pastured Pork
Our bulk pastured pork is soy-free and truly naturally raised for the East Texas (Longview, Tyler, Marshall, Jefferson) and North Louisiana (Shreveport, Bossier) areas.
What better way to stock up on a variety of pasture-raised pork at a great price than to purchase a half or whole pig. Cuts are customizable, and may include (depending on what you choose): bacon, ham, chops, tenderloin, loin roasts, ribs, rib roasts, crown roast, shoulder roast, ground pork, kabob meat, pork steaks, picnic roast, hock, neck bones, butt roasts, and more. You can even keep the fat to make your own home-rendered lard, or the head to make tamales!

From a whole pig you can expect to get around 86% yield (including head and liver, but not including bones or fat). An example of what you might take home from a whole pig is the following:
30 pounds of pork roasts
40 pounds of ham
24 pounds of ground pork and/or breakfast sausage
13 pounds of bacon
5 pounds of neck bones (great for soups or BBQ!)
7 pounds of spare ribs
40 pounds of chops.
You can also request feet, head, fat, and bones. This will require around 5 cubic feet of freezer space.
Pork is very versatile, so whether you like more sausage and fewer roasts, or a whole pork tenderloin instead of chops, or pork steak instead of sausage, or sliced ham instead of whole, you can fully customize a bulk pork order.
