We serve the East Texas (Longview, Tyler, Marshall, Jefferson) and North Louisiana (Shreveport, Bossier) areas. Samplers offer a moderate discount over by-the-cut purchases and allow you to order a variety of cuts quickly and easily.

We love all the meat that we get from Shady Grove! We just finished up our breakfast sampler and are ready for another one. Along with the 1/4 cow we purchased with we still have a bunch of. The meat is always flavorful and since we know how it is grown we can savor it all the more. Thank you so much for raising such wonderful stock.
