By-the-Animal:
Quarter cow: $5.85/lb hanging
Estimated hanging weight is 125 pounds. You will bring home roughly 25 pounds of steaks, 25 pounds of roasts, 25 pounds of hamburger meat, and 25 pounds of assorted extras (such as brisket, ribs, soupbones, etc). Of our custom cut options, this is the smallest. Estimated freezer space needed: 4 cu. ft. Some limitations on customization for this option.

Half cow: $5.70/lb hanging
Estimated hanging weight is 250 pounds. You will bring home roughly 50 pounds of steaks, 50 pounds of roasts, 50 pounds of hamburger meat, and 50 pounds of assorted extras (such as brisket, ribs, soupbones, etc). You can also choose to keep organs, fat, bones, and dog scraps. Ask us what to do with the “extras!” Estimated freezer space needed: 6-8 cu. ft. (Depends on how you have things cut and how many extras you keep.) Note: Only one cut sheet per half.
