Pastured Meats 101
Matt will be presenting some information on the meanings of various meat labels and their long-term effects on human and environmental health. This event is free and open to the public, to be held at Centenary College in Shreveport, Louisiana. We look forward to seeing you there!

Estimated Pork Processing Date:
We expect to process pigs in mid April, so we are taking orders for bulk pork. We will have some smaller pigs available if you would like to take advantage of the whole pork price (estimated 100-125 pounds hanging). Claim your pig soon!

 

 

It seems the 13-year mark of small business is when all your equipment decides to break down, especially if most of it was already almost a decade old when you started (but of course we didn’t own much “new” stuff.     Just learning about health benefits of 100% grass fed live stock. Learned how high doses of omega 6, from soy, cause inflamation and gastric probs. Want to buy better food. Maybe turn some health issues around.
